Shipping
We ship overnight anywhere in New Zealand via NZ Post or CourierPost. Orders placed before 2 pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
Standard delivery is $5.99 NZD. Orders over $50 NZD ship free. Rural delivery may take one additional business day.
Returns
If you're not happy, we're not happy. Return any unopened pack within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@vitabite.co.nz with your order number and we'll send you a return label.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Received a damaged or wrong pack? Email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the original.
International orders
We don't currently ship outside New Zealand. If there's demand, we'll expand. Let us know at hello@vitabite.co.nz.
