The friction
It started with a kitchen pile of leading supplement bottles and the slow realisation we’d been had. Brands were promising clinical strength and shipping trace amounts. Two percent of the dose used in the studies, ninety-eight percent filler, and a marketing budget making up the difference.
The pivot
So we set out to do the opposite, at least where it counts. We pulled the original research papers, looked at the doses scientists actually used to get a result, and built our hero ingredients around them. Where a formula needs a functional blend (greens, antioxidants, probiotic strains), we name everything that goes in and disclose the total.
